...but am goddamn sure that there'll be no more philosopher pee if he reads this!!

Wonderfully thought provoking piece! You alluded to this, but it's best to think of it as a temporary tat. I am sure in the near future a brilliant piece of yours will outshine any sort of vitriolic drivel pretentious assholes with too much time on their hands will create. And with that thought in mind, as bad as that is, just be happy you are the most relevant bearer of 'Alexandra Heifetz'.

Nothing calls for mistaken identity more than being the co owner of a unique name. Until I created a blogger.com profile for school, my most prominent google tat stated I died a premature death as a San Francisco native social justice advocate in 2001.

What David Lynch and Emanuel Schiffgens want to bring to Germany is real invincibility based on a new principle. The old principle was Might is Right. The new principle is Right is Might. Mr. Lynch knows that for a country to be truly invincible, it needs to be self-sufficient. Having a university at this site, where the students and teachers practice Transcendental Meditation (tm.org) would send a powerful message to the world of how to achieve and what comprises true invincibility.

I know the Teufelsburg is of particular interest to Berliners. It stands out in the city like not much else. But to have David Lynch and the Transcendental Meditation organization interested in building an 'Invincible University' at Teufelsburg is great news for Germany and Berlin. I know first-hand how TM positively affects communities, and this would be no different. Thanks for your coverage of this subject.

I have always felt that every country and every human being had an inalienable right to a life of peace, prosperity and freedom from fear. That is why I was so struck by Maharishi’s own definition of invincibility, as a state in which there is no enemy, where individuals live in such harmony with all laws of Nature, that it is impossible for enmity to arise. It was one of the reasons why I learned Transcendental Meditation. Further research on websites such as ”The Truth about TM”, http://www.truthabouttm.org/truth/SocietalEffects/index.cfm, helped me understand the mechanics of how the individual benefits produced by the practice of Transcendental Meditation can extend to society at large. It is one of my greatest desires that each country in the world will someday be invincible, a beacon of harmony and prosperity.
